Injury Types list |
The type(s) of injuries sustained by the arrestee. For example, Gunshot Wound. |

Extent of Injury list |
The severity of the injury. For example, Mild or Fatal. |
|
Medical Treatment list |
The treatment performed or required for the arrestee. For example, Transported or Treated at Scene. |
|
Hospital list |
The hospital to which the arrestee was transported. |
|
Condition list |
The current condition of the arrestee. For example, Impaired / Alcohol. |
|
Transported By list |
The method of transportation used when transferring the arrestee to a hospital, if applicable. For example, Fire / EMS or Air. |
