Field Name | Description |

Resident Type list |
The arrestee's residential type. For example, if they live in a state that is different than the one in which they were arrested, select Out of State. |
Resident Status list |
The arrestee's residential status. For example, Student or Seasonal. |
Clears Case list |
Used to select whether the arrest clears the case. |
Juvenile Disposition list |
If the arrestee is a juvenile, select the disposition associated with their arrest. For example, Released to Parent/Guardian. |
Alcohol Influence list |
Used to select whether the arrestee is under the influence of alcohol. |
Drug Influence list |
Used to select whether the arrestee is under the influence of drugs. |
Breath Analyzer Result list |
The results from a breathalyzer test taken by the arrestee. |
Officer Who Read Miranda list |
The name of the officer who read the arrestee their Miranda warning. |
Miranda Date text box |
The date the arrestee was read their Miranda warning. The Calendar |
Miranda Time text box |
The time the arrestee was read their Miranda warning. The Clock |
Campus Code list |
The code associated with a school campus. For example, the campus code for Michigan State University is MSU. |
School Name list |
If the arrest took place on at a school, select it from this list. |
Statement Taken By list |
The officer who took a statement about the arrestee and incident. |
Statement Type list |
The form in which the statement was taken. For example, Written or Verbal. |
Arrestee Suspected of Using list |
Used to select whether the arrestee is suspected of using alcohol, drugs, or both. |
