Case Report - Documents

The Documents page allows you to upload files relevant to the case report. Examples of accepted file types include photos, text documents, PDFs, and videos. 

To add a new file, drag it onto the gray rectangle or click the Upload file button, then select the correct file from your device. When the file has finished uploading, it displays below the gray rectangle. A green check mark  icon is also visible next to its name as a visual confirmation of the upload completion. If an image is uploaded, a preview of the image displays. 

Clicking an uploaded image opens it in a new tab on your device's default internet browser, while other file types like text documents and PDFs download to your device.

If a file needs to be edited or deleted, click the Options Menu  button on the associated file, then click the Edit or Delete button. Clicking the Edit button opens the Edit Attachment dialog, where you can edit the file's name using the Filename text box. When finished, click the Next button. 

As the file's name is required, if you delete it from the Filename text box, the Next button disables until you enter a new one.

When the Delete button is clicked, a warning message displays, asking you to confirm that you want to delete the selected attachment. Click Delete to complete the action.

When finished, click the Next button or select Report Narratives on the navigation bar.
