Case Report - Documents
The Documents page allows you to upload files relevant to the case report. Examples of accepted file types include photos, text documents, PDFs, and videos.
To add a new file, drag it onto the gray rectangle or click the Upload file button, then select the correct file from your device. The Report Writing application then verifies that the file does not exceed the maximum file size of 100 MB and that it is a valid TCM file type, which is determined based on your agency's TCM configuration in Enterprise Records.
If the above criteria are met, a preview of the file displays below the gray rectangle, and a green check mark 
icon displays next to its name to signifiy the upload has completed. Alternatively, if the criteria is not met, an error message displays and the upload fails.

Clicking an uploaded image opens it in a new tab on your device's default internet browser, while other file types like text documents and PDFs download to your device.
If a file needs to be edited or deleted, click the Options Menu 
button on the associated file, then click the Edit or Delete button. Clicking the Edit button opens the Edit Attachment dialog, where you can edit the file's name using the Filename text box. When finished, click the Next button.
As the file's name is required, if you delete it from the Filename text box, the Next button disables until you enter a new one. Additionally, the file's extension type (.png, .gif, .docx, etc.) does not need to be retyped as Report Writing automatically retains it.
When the Delete button is clicked, a warning message displays, asking you to confirm that you want to delete the selected attachment. Click Delete to complete the action.
When finished, click the Next button or select Report Narratives on the navigation bar.
