Select this check box if the offense included a carjacking.

Gambling Motivated check box

Select this check box if the offense was motivated by gambling.

Anti-Reproductive Rights Crime check box

Select this check box if the offense was motivated by an anti-reproductive rights sentiment. 

Domestic Circumstance list

The circumstances that brought about the domestic-related offense. For example, Alcohol. 

Precipitating Events list

The events that brought about the offense. For example, Death in Family or Loss of Job. 

Lane list

The lane the vehicle was in when it was stolen, carjacked, etc. For example, Left Turn Lane. 

Household Status list

The household status of the offender at the time of the offense. For example, Estranged. 

Premise Code list

The type of location where the offense occurred. For example, Suburban/Residential or Public. 

Special Circumstances list

The unique circumstances that brought about the offense. For example, Abuse.

Accosting Situation list

The situation in which the victim was accosted in relation to the offense. For example, Deliberate Accident.

Hate Bias Circumstance text box

Used to enter additional information about the circumstances where a hate bias was relevant to the offense.

Hate Bias Indicator list

The method used by the offender to indicate they had a hate bias relevant to the offense. For example, Symbols or Words. 

Offender Suspected of Using Alcohol list

Used to select whether the offender was suspected of using alcohol during the offense.

Offender Suspected of Using Drugs list

Used to select whether the offender was suspected of using drugs during the offense.

Offender Suspected of Using Computer list

Used to select whether the offender was suspected of using a computer during the offense.

Victim Suspected of Using Alcohol list

Used to select whether the victim was suspected of using alcohol during the offense.

Victim Suspected of Using Drugs list

Used to select whether the victim was suspected of using drugs during the offense.

Victim Suspected of Using Computer list

Used to select whether the victim was suspected of using a computer during the offense.

Previous Order of Protection list

Used to select whether the victim previously filed an order of protection against the offender.

Previous Victim Domestic Violence list

Used to select whether the victim was previously involved in a domestic violence case.
