Field Name	Description
*Domestic Code* list	The code associated with a domestic-related offense. For example, Parent-Child or Roommate.
*Child Protective Services* list	Used to select whether child protective services was involved with the offense.
*Associated Adult Female Deaths* text box	The number of adult female deaths that occurred as a result of the offense.
*Associated Adult Male Deaths* text box	The number of adult male deaths that occurred as a result of the offense.
*Associated Juvenile Female Deaths* text box	The number of juvenile female deaths that occurred as a result of the offense.
*Associated Juvenile Male Deaths* text box	The number of juvenile male deaths that occurred as a result of the offense.
*Time Spent (years)* text box	The number of years law enforcement personnel spent on the domestic-related offense.
*Time Spent (months)* text box	The number of months law enforcement personnel spent on the domestic-related offense.
*Time Spent (days)* text box	The number of days law enforcement personnel spent on the domestic-related offense.
*Time Spent (hours)* text box	The number of hours law enforcement personnel spent on the domestic-related offense.
*Time Spent (minutes)* text box	The number of minutes law enforcement personnel spent on the domestic-related offense.
*Time Spent (seconds)* text box	The number of seconds law enforcement personnel spent on the domestic-related offense.
