Case Report - Offenses - Supplemental Information Section

Field Name	Description
*Arson Code* list	The arson code associated with the offense. For example, Single Occupancy Residence.
*Child Abuse* list	Used to select whether child abuse occurred during the offense. For example, Emotional or Physical.
*Gang Related* list	Used to select whether the offense was gang related.
*Organized Group* list	Used to select whether an organized group was associated with the offense.
*Aiding/Abetting* list	Used to select how the offense was involved aiding or abetting in another offense. For example, Transportation.
*Sub Code* list	The sub code associated with the offense. For example, Drive by Shooting or Robbery.
*Number of Adults* text box	The number of adults involved with the offense.
*Number of Juveniles* text box	The number of juveniles involved with the offense.
*Property Damage Amount* text box	The dollar amount of damage done to property associated with the offense.
*Occupancy Code* list	The location associated with the offense's occupancy. For example, Abandoned.
*Abandoned Structure* check box	Select this check box if the location associated with the offense is abandoned.
