Case Report - Property - Item Description Section

This help topic contains descriptions of the fields that display within the Item Description section. Click the section's header to expand or collapse it.

Field Name	Description
*Quantity* text box	The number of items associated with the property. For example, if the property being added is three bottles of vodka, enter 3 in the *Quantity* text box.
*Unit of Measure* list	The unit of measurement associated with the property. For example, Grams or Bottle.
Measurement Source list	The source from which the property's measurement was taken. For example, Digital Scale or Estimate.
*Make* list	The make of the property.
Model list	The model of the property.
Style list	The style of the property. For example, Women's.
*Style Description* text box	Used to enter a description of the property's style. For example, women's long sleeve shirt.
Description text box	Used to enter a description of the property.
Year text box	The year in which the property was created.
*Suspected Drug Type* list	Used to select the suspected type of drug seized when unknown. For example, Methamphetamines.
*Owner Applied Number* list	The unique number assigned to the owner of the property.
*Number of Marijuana Plots Seized* text box	The number of marijuana plots that were seized.
*Serial Number* text box	The serial number assigned to the property.
*Location Type of Marijuana* list	The type of location where marijuana was seized. For example, School or Residence.
*Color* list	The color of the property.
*Condition* list	The current condition of the property. For example, Antique or Damaged.
*Article Type* list	The property's article type. For example, Computer.
*Registration Type* list	The type of registration associated with the property. For example, Boat Registration.
*Registration Agency* list	The agency in which the property is registered under.
*Registration Number* text box	The registration number assigned to the property.
*Registration State* text box	The state in which the property is registered under.
*Registration Year* text box	The year the property was registered.
*Registration Date* text box	The date the property's registration was issued. The Calendar button may also be used to select a date. The correct format is MM/DD/YYYY.
*Expiration Date* text box	The date the property's registration expires. The Calendar button may also be used to select a date. The correct format is MM/DD/YYYY.
