Case Report - Property - Subjects Section - Relate Case Subjects Dialog

When one or more subjects have been added to the case report using the Subjects page, the Relate case subjects dialog allows you to relate them to property by selecting their associated check box. After a subject is selected, the fields in the table below display.

TIP: When finished adding/editing information, click the Back  button.

Field Name Description

Role list

The subject's role with the property. For example, Appraiser or Found By

Notified Date text box

The date the subject was notified of the property's associated property code changing. The Calendar  button may also be used to select a date. The correct format is MM/DD/YYYY.

Notified Via list

The method used to notify the subject of the property's associated property code changing.

Property Owner toggle

Used to mark the subject as the primary owner of the property.
