Case Report - Subjects - Domestic Section - Suspect

Arrested For list |
The reason the suspect was arrested. For example, Aggravated Assault. |

Restraining Order Present list |
Used to select whether the suspect had an active restraining order issued against them when the events detailed in the case report occurred. |

Restraining Order Issued list |
Used to select whether a new restraining order was issued against the suspect after the events detailed in the case report occurred. |
|
Cohabitation Status list |
Used to select whether the suspect and victim are cohabiting together. For example, Estranged. |
