The officer's assignment type when the LEOKA incident occurred. For example, 1-Officer Vehicle - Alone. |

Officer Other ORI list |
Used when the officer involved in the LEOKA incident was from another agency. |

Assault Weapon list |
The weapon used during the LEOKA incident. For example, Handgun. |

The current status of the LEOKA incident. |

Used to select whether the officer was wearing body armor. |

Used to select whether the offender used the officer's weapon to assault or kill them. |
