Missing Person Code list |
The code associated with the status of the missing subject. For example, Missing or Recovered. |

Recovery Code list |
The code associated with the missing subject's recovery. For example, Deceased or Located. |

Previously Missing list |
Used to select whether the subject has been reported as missing previously. |

Foul Play Suspected list |
Used to select whether there are suspicions as to if foul play is involved with the disappearance of the subject. |

Sources Checked list |
The source contacted to check for the missing subject. For example, Family or Hospital. |
|
Reported By text box |
Used to enter details about the person who reported the subject as missing. |
