Arrest Report - Arrestee - Field Descriptions

Global Subject Sub-Type list

The arrestee's global subject sub-type, either Adult or Juvenile.

Last Name text box

The arrestee's last name.

First Name text box

The arrestee's first name.

Middle Name text box

The arrestee's middle name.

Name Suffix list

The suffix associated with the arrestee's name, when applicable. For example, Jr or Sr.

Date of Birth text box 

The arrestee's date of birth. The Calendar  button may also be used to select a date. The correct format is MM/DD/YYYY.

When the Age Range toggle is turned on, the Date of Birth text box does not display.

Age label 

The arrestee's age. This field automatically populates when a date of birth is added to the Date of Birth text box and cannot be edited.

When the Age Range toggle is turned on, the Age label does not display.

Driver's License Number text box

The driver's license number assigned to the arrestee by their state.

Social Security Number text box

The arrestee's social security number (SSN).

License State list

The state for which the arrestee's driver's license was issued. For example, Michigan.

Sex list

The arrestee's sex. For example, Female.

Race list

The arrestee's race. For example, White or Asian.

Hair Color list

The arrestee's hair color. For example, Blonde or Black. 

Eye Color list

The arrestee's eye color. For example, Gray or Blue. 

Ethnic Origin list

The arrestee's ethnic origin. For example, Non Hispanic.

Height Range toggle

Used when the arrestee's exact height is not known. When turned on, the Height text box is hidden, and the Height Lower and Height Upper text boxes display.

Height Lower text box

Represents the low end of your assumed height range for the arrestee.

The Height Lower text box only displays after turning the Height Range toggle on.

Height Upper text box

Represents the high end of your assumed height range for the arrestee.

The Height Upper text box only displays after turning the Height Range toggle on.

Height text box

The arrestee's height. Used only when the exact height is known.

When the Height Range toggle is turned on, the Height text box does not display. 

Weight Range toggle

Used when the arrestee's exact weight is not known. When turned on, the Weight text box is hidden, and the Weight Lower and Weight Upper text boxes display.

Weight Lower text box

Represents the low end of your assumed weight range for the arrestee.

The Weight Lower text box only displays after turning the Weight Range toggle on.

Weight Upper text box

Represents the high end of your assumed weight range for the arrestee.

The Weight Upper text box only displays after turning the Weight Range toggle on.

Weight text box

The arrestee's weight. Used only when the exact height is known.

When the Weight Range toggle is turned on, the Weight text box does not display.

Age Range toggle

Used when the arrestee's exact age is not known. When turned on, the Date of Birth text box and Age label are hidden, and the Age Lower and Age Upper text boxes display.

Age Lower text box

Represents the low end of your assumed age range for the arrestee.

The Age Lower text box only displays after turning the Age Range toggle on.

Age Upper text box

Represents the high end of your assumed age range for the arrestee.

The Age Upper text box only displays after turning the Age Range toggle on.

Primary Contact Type list

The arrestee's preferred method of contact. For example, Cell Phone.

Primary Contact text box

The value associated with the primary contact type selected from the Primary Contact Type list. The name of this text box changes depending on what is selected. This field is required when an option is selected from the Primary Contact Type list

For example, if Cell Phone is selected from the Primary Contact Type list, this text box displays as Primary Contact Phone, and the person's cell phone number should be entered.

Phone Extension text box

The extension associated with the arrestee's phone number, when applicable. 

The Phone Extension text box only displays if one of the phone options is selected from the Primary Contact Type list. For example, Cell Phone or Home.

Location field

When clicked, the Location Entry dialog opens, allowing you to add the arrestee's address.

Expiration Date text box

The date that the arrestee's driver's license expires. The Calendar  button may also be used to select a date. The correct format is MM/DD/YYYY. 

License Class list 

The class associated with the arrestee's driver's license, when applicable. For example, A or B.

Restrictions list 

The restriction(s) associated with the arrestee's driver's license, when applicable. For example, Corrective Lenses.

Endorsement list 

The endorsement assigned to the arrestee's driver's license, when applicable. For example, Bus.

Deceased toggle

Turn this toggle on if the arrestee is deceased.

Deceased Date text box

The arrestee's date of death, if known. The Calendar  button may also be used to select a date. The correct format is MM/DD/YYYY.

The Deceased Date text box does not display unless the Deceased check box is selected.

Local ID Number text box

The number assigned to the arrestee during a previous booking/identification process, when applicable.
