This help topic contains descriptions of the fields that display on the Add new related subject dialog when Business is selected from the Global Subject Type list.
TIP: When finished adding/editing information, click the Back button.
Field Name | Description |
---|---|
Name text box |
The name of the business. |
Primary Address field |
When clicked, the Location Entry dialog opens, allowing you to add the address of the business. |
Primary Contact Type list |
The business' preferred method of contact. For example, Business Phone. |
Primary Contact text box |
The value associated with the primary contact type selected from the Primary Contact Type list. The name of this text box changes depending on what is selected. This field is required when an option is selected from the Primary Contact Type list For example, if Business Phone is selected from the Primary Contact Type list, this text box displays as Primary Contact Phone, and the person's cell phone number should be entered. |
Phone Extension text box |
The extension associated with the business' phone number, when applicable. The Phone Extension text box only displays if one of the phone options is selected from the Primary Contact Type list. For example, Cell Phone or Home. |
Building text box |
Used to enter additional information about the building the business resides within. |
