Arrest Report - Charges

The Charges page displays information about the crimes the arrestee is being charged with.  

If a case number was entered when creating the arrest report, and the case contained related offenses, they automatically populates on the Charges page. However, you can still edit or remove them.

Clicking the + Add new charge button allows you to add a new charge to the arrest report, beginning with selecting the associated statute on the Select Arrest Charge dialog, while clicking an existing charge allows you to view and edit its information.

TIP: When finished adding/editing information, click the Back  button.

The fields on the Charges page are organized into various sections. See the following help topics for additional information:

• Bond Information section

To delete a charge, click the associated Delete  button. A confirmation message displays, asking you to confirm that you want to delete the selected charge. Click Delete to complete the action. 

When finished, click the Next button or select Supplemental Information on the navigation bar.
