Field Name	Description
*Arraignment Court Agency* list	The court where the arraignment was held.
*Arraignment Court Date* text box	The date of the arraignment proceeding. The Calendar button may also be used to select a date. The correct format is MM/DD/YYYY.
*Arraignment Court Time* text box	The time of the arraignment proceeding. The Clock button may also be used to select a time. Unless Now is selected, the correct format is HH:MM. The *Arraignment Court Time* text box only enables after a date is added to the *Arraignment Court Date* text box
*Arraignment Judge* list	The type of judge hearing the arraignment. For example, District.
*Return Court Agency* list	The court where the arrestee must return to for their trial.
*Return Court Date* text box	The date the arrestee must return to court for trial. The Calendar button may also be used to select a date. The correct format is MM/DD/YYYY.
*Return Court Time* text box	The time the arrestee must return to court for trial. The Clock button may also be used to select a time. Unless Now is selected, the correct format is HH:MM. The *Return Court Time* text box only enables after a date is added to the *Return Court Date* text box
*Return Judge* list	The type of judge hearing the return court trial. For example, City.
*Court Disposition* list	The disposition given by the court.
*Court Disposition Date* text box	The date the disposition was given by the court. The Calendar button may also be used to select a date. The correct format is MM/DD/YYYY.
*Court Disposition Comments* text box	Used to enter additional information about the court disposition given.
*Court Disposition Summons Number* text box	The identification number of the summons to appear in court.
*Sentence Court Costs* text box	The dollar amount of the court costs. You do not need to enter a dollar sign.
*Sentence Fine* text box	The dollar amount of fines assigned to the arrestee for their sentencing. You do not need to enter a dollar sign.
*Sentence Restitution* text box	The dollar amount of restitution to be paid by the arrestee to the associated victim. You do not need to enter a dollar sign.
*Sentence* text box	The arrestee's sentence.
*Sentence Date* text box	The date the arrestee received their sentence. The Calendar button may also be used to select a date. The correct format is MM/DD/YYYY.
*Sentence Confinement* text box	The confinement to which the arrestee was sentenced.
*Sentence Confined To* list	The location where the arrestee is serving their sentence when they cannot leave their confinement. Typically, this is a jail or prison.
*Sentence Probation* text box	Used to enter information about the arrestee's probation, if applicable.
*District Attorney Disposition* list	The district attorney's final sentence given to the arrestee.
*District Attorney Disposition Date* text box	The date the district attorney provided their final sentence to the arrestee.
