Case Report - Evidence Collection

The Evidence Collection page displays evidence associated with the case. Note that this page and its functionality are only available when you have the Evidence Search and Evidence Quick Entry Search permissions selected in Enterprise Records

Clicking the Collect button opens the Evidence Quick Entry page of the Enterprise Records application, where you can add new evidence related to the case.

For additional information on setting permissions in Enterprise Records and using the Evidence Quick Entry page, refer to the Enterprise Records User Guide or Enterprise Records Online Help

After submitting evidence in Enterprise Records, it is automatically added to the case report in Report Writing. However, you must click the the Refresh button to update the Evidence Collection page and have the submitted evidence display.

When finished, click the Next button or select Summary Narrative on the navigation bar.
