Case Report - Summary Narrative

The Summary Narratives page allows you to record a summary of important, and sometimes critical, information relating to the case report by adding a written narrative. The summary narrative differs from the report narrative in that it is mainly written so supervisors and administrators can gain an overall summary of the case report. This summary narrative can also be used at press conferences or given to victims.

Enter any important information that should be included in the summary of the case report in the Narratives text box. You can also format the entered text using the toolbar at the top of the text box.

Using the Summary Narrative text box, enter any important information you want called out specifically. You can also format the entered text using the toolbar at the top of the text box.

When finished, click the Next button or select Review / Error Check on the navigation bar.
