Officer list

The officer contributing to the field interview. After an officer is selected, it cannot be changed. 

Report Date text box

The date the officer began contributing to the field interview. The Calendar  button may also be used to select a date. The correct format is MM/DD/YYYY. 

Report Time text box

The time the officer began contributing to the field interview. The Clock  button may also be used to select a time. Unless Now is selected, the correct format is HH:MM. 

The Report Time text box only enables after a date is added to the Report Date text box. 

Primary toggle

Turning this toggle on marks the current officer as the primary contributing officer for the field interview.

After starting a field interview, you are automatically marked as its primary contributing officer, and the Primary toggle is disabled. However, if another contributing officer is added, the toggle is not disabled for them. Turning the Primary toggle on for another contributing officer displays a confirmation message, asking you to confirm that you want to change the primary contributing officer to the current officer. Click Confirm to complete this change. 

After the primary contributing officer is changed from the officer who started the field interview, their Primary toggle enables.

Report Complete toggle

Used to mark your work on the field interview as complete. After turning this toggle on, you cannot add or edit information on the field interview unless you turn the toggle back off.

The Complete toggle, which displays in the upper-right corner of every page on the field interview, can also be used to mark your work as complete. 

Before submitting the field interview to a supervisor for review, every contributing officer must mark their work as complete by turning on either the Report Complete toggle or Complete toggle.
