The Import page allows you to import information about persons and vehicles from Enterprise Law Enforcement Mobile, Law Enforcement Field Mobile (ShieldForce), or Enterprise CAD. By importing persons and vehicles to the field interview, you can reduce the time spent entering information on the Contacts and Vehicles pages as the corresponding fields automatically populate.
The Import page contains the following tabs:
Clipboard tab: Used to import information about persons and vehicles from your Enterprise Law Enforcement Mobile or Law Enforcement Field Mobile clipboard.
Click the Report Relevant or All button to filter the results on the Clipboard tab.
CAD tab: Used to import information about persons and vehicles from Enterprise CAD and is populated based on the case number or incident number you entered when creating the field interview. If one was not entered, you can do so on the General page.
Click the All, Subjects, or Vehicles button to filter the results on the CAD tab.
After locating the correct person or vehicle, click the associated Add button to import its information to the field interview. To remove an imported person or vehicle from the field interview, click the Remove button.
When finished, click the Next button or select General on the navigation bar.
The persons and vehicles on both tabs display in the form of cards, where, by default, only basic information is visible. However, clicking the Show more link or the Expand button expands the card, displaying additional information. Click the Show less link or the Collapse
button to collapse the card and hide the additional information.
After locating the correct person or vehicle, click the Add button to import its information into the field interview. Alternatively, click the Remove button to remove an imported person or vehicle from the field interview.
When finished, click the Next button or select General on the navigation bar.
